Abstract
Increasingly, customers are demanding a rapid introduction of the Business Information System (BIS). To cope with this situation, an evolutionary prototyping approach was proposed. In the approach, a prototype created for a requirements review is continuously improved and adding-implemented to introduce the final BIS even after completing the requirement definition phase. This approach is effective at reducing not only the number of requirements errors but also the lead time of BIS development. In this paper, we propose a requirements model oriented system generation tool. The proposed tool transforms five types of requirements models into a web application system. The generated system includes both a business application feature and access control feature for introducing the final BIS. We introduce two BIS development projects in which the proposed tool was applied. From the results, we consider the effectiveness of the proposed tool.
