Abstract
In order to examine the conditions on knowledge sharing ability of high-tech enterprises in China, a fuzzy synthetic evaluation system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is presented. The extent of knowledge sharing depended on the characteristics of knowledge sharing individuals and environment of the organization. Thus the appraisal index system was developed including features of supplier and recipient, characteristics of human resource management in the organization and technical support procedure of knowledge sharing. Then a fuzzy synthetic evaluation on knowledge sharing ability was provided. To evaluate the effectiveness of the model, questionnaires were distributed to a typical high-tech enterprise and interviews were conducted with either the CEOs or senior managers. The information was compared after questionnaires and interviews. The evaluation result indicates that the knowledge sharing ability is in the moderate level and needs further improvement.
