Abstract :
This study chooses environment subsystem, population subsystem and economy subsystem as evaluate dimensionalities of water environment system in the city. We propose an evaluation model through establishing the evaluation index of above subsystems, and weights of indexes are fixed by AHP method. The water environment carrying capacity in Jinan is taken as an empirical subject. Results of the analysis indicate that the improvement of water environment carrying capacity for population subsystem and economy subsystem is at the price of the decline of water environment carrying capacity for environment subsystem.
