Abstract :
Providing enterprise human resources prediction is very important on enterprise human resource management. Human resources prediction can guarantee that the manpower needs enterprise development. How to correctly predict the enterprise manpower needs become an important issue on enterprise development. This paper established a human resource supply forecasting which used Markov transfer matrix method to forecast the supply of human resources, and study company human resource demand situation in the next three years and make the right demand forecasting. Through Markov model on human resources supply forecasting, the paper proves Markov model can effectively predict future manpower needs.
