Abstract :
Wind generator has a typical characteristic of more pole-pairs number on the occasion of low speed and high power, and DSEG should adopt multi-pole-rotor structure for the corresponding relation of pole-pairs number and rotor pole number. The increase of rotor-pole number leads to the obvious increase of core loss. Flux waveform of different part of 24-32-DSEG is analyzed in this paper, and core loss FE calculation and analysis is made by iron loss separate model. Then core loss distribution in rated operation point and the core loss with different load is obtained. In closing the core loss change law with no-load and different load is summarized, and the explanation for the law is given through the analysis.
