Abstract
In this paper, the basic experimental laws of psychological and physiological adaptation to stresses are discussed. The suggested techniques involve autogenous training (AT) and exposure to mm-wave radiation. They rely on muscular relaxation and the notions of required actions in order to counter stresses. If mm-wave radiation is applied to bioactive points (BAP), effects of the AT increase. The AT sessions combined with mm-wave radiation usually last 15 minutes during five mornings. This technique considerably facilitates the adaptation of adolescents to stresses.
