Abstract :
H+-resistant and F-- resistant domestication of bacteria was investigated and the field test of heap leaching in uranium mine with domesticated bacteria was finished, due to the uranium grade is low, the leaching rate is not high, the leaching time is long and the content of fluorine is high in uranium ore. Domesticated bacteria had good adaptability to uranium leaching environment and activities are good; bacteria could be used as oxidant replacing H2O2 oxidizing Fe2+ to Fe3+ and the oxidant could be saved. The field test results showed that the uranium concentration in pregnant solution went up quickly after bacteria being added, the leaching time could be shorten; the acid consumption could be cut down about 40%, the cost would be saved. Good economic benefits and social benefits can be gotten. Its application foreground is good.
