Abstract :
While the business environment is becoming more and more uncertain, flexible strategy has become a strategic weapon for enterprises to use to create a lasting competitive advantage. This article divides the enterprise competitiveness into three essential factors: management capacity, financial capacity and market capacity. On this basis two modes are defined as using the flexible strategy and not using the flexible strategy, a theoretical model between the corporate strategy and competitive level is built as well. The empirical analysis concludes that flexible strategy has significant positive impacts on financial capacity and market capacity, which means there are significant positive impacts on enterprise´s property scale, the main business income, productivity, market control, the brand effect, the research and development level, etc. However, there is no significantly impact on enterprise management capability.
