Abstract :
Development of the parametric amplifier and quasioptical pumping oscillator for the input circuits of the short wave part of millimeter wave band is discussed. At 60-65 GHz the amplification factor of 15 dB had been received at the half-power band width of 1 GHz. When applying the quasioptical pumping IMPATT-diode oscillator the noise temperature does not exceed 600 K.
