Abstract :
According to the principle of multi-target extension, matter-element analysis constructed a new evaluation method of sustainable housing projects, which was based on element model, extension theory of mathematical methods and correlation functions. At the same time, the example showed that the entropy theory utilized to calculate the correlation index weights in this new method could also avoid subjective influence in a large extent. This comprehensive method is more reliable and convenient compared with the existing evaluation methods; it can measure the sustainable level of housing projects more objectively and directly.
