Abstract :
Grate boilers are widely used as active steam generation. This paper presents the principles for modeling the grate boiler, simulation is developed on the basis of process experiments .This paper further propose a control system for supply split range(the overheat steam temperature overheat steam pressure)be used compare fuzzy logic and the PID .This work is performed in order to foster and promote unbiased and accurate comparison of fuzzy logic control design methodologies . we are motivation to execute this study by robustness to plan perturbation of the fuzzy logic control .We concluded fuzzy logic control can be a useful tool for the control engineer in the particularly of the grate boiler.
