Abstract :
This paper investigated the choice of suppliers for emergency supplies. An evaluation index system which is suitable for the choice of suppliers for emergency supplies was constructed according to the characteristics of emergency supplies. Since traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method does not consider limited resource constraints, this paper proposed that the combination of AHP and linear Programming can be utilized in choosing the appropriate supplier, and to solve the issue of rational distribution of purchases. This study provides a new and effective method for the choice of suppliers for emergency supplies, and assists in the reduction of procurement risk and the improvement in procurement efficiency.
