The index system establishment of expressway quality control based on Hall theory

In the researches for the expressway quality control, the quality control indicators are often lacking of theoretical support. Aiming at this problem, through a comprehensive analysis of the system engineering, the Hall theory is used to establish the three-dimension structure of the expressway quality control system and further analysis the whole system from the knowledge dimension, the time dimension and the logic dimension. After three rounds of index-selection, the index system is established, which is fit for the expressway quality control management.
