Abstract :
In coal mine production, according to the requirement on balance between production and transport of the system, the establishment of coal bunker was taken as an important method to solve this problem. Based on the producing layout underground and utilizing the theory of reliability analysis, the reliability model of the system was built, and the reliability calculation formula of the coal bunker was obtained. The reliability states of coal bunker were given and transfer each other, and the failure and availability were gained. By comparing to the availability of coal bunker in different states, the results show that the establishment of coal bunker will effectively enhance the reliability and improve the balance in production logistics system. The efficiency of the entire coal production makes sense, and improving the availability of the coal bunker is an important way to the production logistics system.
