With the construction and development of our country´s colleges and universities, how to build and manage student organizations becomes a important issue, also gradually draws experts and scholars´s attention. This paper studies the characters of high-performance student organizations, using system dynamics to analyze the key impacting indicators and their relationship, determining the steps and providing a feasible approach to build high-performance student organizations.
