  • Abstract
    We discuss the many factors to be considered when building-up production of cascade cells, to comply with a broad range of user requirements. The key cell properties are discussed with regard to the manufacturing methods used. A MOCVD grown GaInP2-GaAs cascade cell design and its characterisation is discussed
