The developmental conditions of wind power industry and its solutions in coastal Jiangsu province

The wind power industry will keep quick development in the next 30 years, some scientists estimate that the yearly increase speed will be 20 percent. China is facing with top advantage to develop wind power industry. As one of the developed provinces in China, Jiangsu has serious energy problem, the increase of energy consumption is quicker than GDP increase, in the future, Jiangsu will meet with energy problems and need to develop wind power quickly. Jiangsu has good advantage to develop wind power, there has three potential wind power regions, the physical conditions is suitable for wind power. But the development of wind power industry is slower that other provinces, and it has problem with environment protection. From long run, we should strengthen the investigation and evaluation, take consideration of coordinated development among wind power, industry and agriculture, force the policy support of wind power industry.
