Abstract :
Thromboangitis obliterans is a kind of common peripheral vascular disease, takes an important part in peripheral vascular disease. The cause of thromboangitis obliterans is complex and uncertain, was presumed as the result of synthetic action of several factors. The therapeutic effect of Qing sui yu ju dan to thromboangitis obliterans is certain, while the curing mechanism is indefinite. In the experiment, after rat model of thromboangitis obliterans was established, the contents of Icam-1, Vcam-1, TXB2, AECA were detected by fluorescent quantitation and ELISA. Result shows that Qing sui yu ju dan makes active curative effect through decreasing the contents of Icam-1, Vcam-1, TXB2, AECA.
