We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
This paper interprets the constituents of dynamic capability from knowledge evolution perspective. Dynamic capability consists of searching and identifying in variation stage, selecting and absorbing in selection stage, and transforming and integrating in retention stage. It evolves with the spiral of knowledge creation. Empirical evidence supports the theoretical framework.
