Abstract :
Recently developed techniques, algorithms and programs for adaptive testing (AT) of nonlinear systems allow for the recovery of such parameters of time dependence that determine the complexity of experimental sequences. A way of chaotic communications based on modulating and restoring slow variations of fractal parameters of an information signal (IS) with the help of the AT techniques is proposed.
