Research on the Influence of Knowledge Management Capability to Intellectual Property Risk in Enterprise Independent Innovation

During the process of enterprises implementing independent innovation, intellectual property risk will be induced by a variety of uncertain events. So this paper analyzes the influence of Knowledge management capability to intellectual property risk through 218 questionnaires with SEM, the main contributions can be summarized as follows: the capability of knowledge conversion, knowledge application and knowledge protection can effectively reduce the intellectual property risk which independent innovation enterprise faced. To the enterprise, design of organization mechanism, application of information technology can promote knowledge management, in order to avoid facing the intellectual property risk which is caused by all kinds of omissions on the knowledge management at the greatest degree. The orientation of further research are proposed at last.
