Abstract :
For dynamic output feedback NCS (networked control systems), in the conditions that two kinds of network-induced delays canpsilat be combined together, delay-quantization method is applied in the continuous-time system to establish a discrete-time Markovian jump system model. And a feasible initial solution is constructed for solving method of the model. Theoretical analysis and simulation on a cart and inverted pendulum with random time delay show that the dynamic output feedback controllers can make the system stable.
