  • Abstract
    Knowledge is playing an increasingly important role in the era of knowledge-based society. The practice proves that tacit knowledge is the more important resources. How to transform and share tacit knowledge, to serve the society, the enterprise and individual is a hotspot of today. In this paper, from the tacit knowledge and ontology of the concepts and features, the tacit knowledge sharing transformation model is putted forward.
