Abstract :
Presented in this paper are construction and experimental characteristics of the fin-line phase-shifter on the base of ferroelectric films. Parameters of the phase-shifter are the following: operating frequency range is 27-31 GHz, phase-shift observed is about 360 deg. The figure of merit of phase-shifter is 57 deg/dB.
