Abstract :
As the development of mechanic manufacturing industry, VSR (Vibratory Stress Relief) system has been used in many applications. The traditional VSR equipments have some obvious drawbacks. Some equipments based on single chip have bad processing capability. The others use industrial personal computer as the host. Their cost is too high. In addition, frequency scanning and the algorithm of peak judgment in time-domain cost a very long time to finish the VSR process. All of above limited the development of VSR equipment. In this paper, the problems are efficiently avoided by using the ARM microprocessor and frequency spectrum analysis. From the aspect of hardware architecture, ARM microprocessor is adopted which has ample resources for implementing the complicated algorithm. On the other hand, industrial personal computer is not necessary for the complicated algorithm. So both the size and cost of our system are reduced. From the aspect of algorithm, frequency spectrum analysis is used to process data in frequency-domain using the Fast Fourier Transform. Compared with the traditional VSR system, it reduces the process time a lot. According to the experiments result, we get that our system has the advantages of low cost, saving energy, high performances, saving time and miniature.
