Abstract :
Enterprise knowledge portal is a useful tool for facilitating competitive advantage of enterprise itself and whole supply chain. In this article we analyze optimizing mechanism of enterprise knowledge portal based on knowledge architecture. Organization system, navigation system and labeling system as three major optimizing methods are discussed in this paper. IBM/KDS as a practicable tool is introduced. We believe that through best practices of KA can point us to mobilize and optimize knowledge value in supply chain.
