Abstract :
Knowledge sharing as a key factor in knowledge management, its importance has long been valued by entrepreneurs, scholars also have made a great deal of research towards this issues. However, how to overcome obstacles of knowledge sharing and stimulate the sharing behavior of employees have not formed a clear context until now. This paper attempts to make employee motivation as entry point, classified employees accordance with motivational orientation of behaviors, and design targeted inspiration measures of knowledge sharing. From a psychological point of view, promote knowledge sharing acting and build an incentive mechanism for helping enterprises maximize shared resources have important practical significance.
