  • Abstract
    To analyze the radial leakage effects of the gear pump radial deformation, this paper adopts Finite Element Method (FEM) to do static analysis between pump body and gear shaft, and then gets three deformation cases on typical temperature between them. According to the result of finite element static analysis, it discusses the effect of the pump body radial irrational deformation to the gear shaft working hours and offers references to the future structure design of gear pump.
