Abstract :
With online shopping in China´s rapid development, several problems rises. This paper proposes the establishment of a virtual B2C E-business Collaboration that intends to provide quality services to buyers, improve customer satisfaction, membership revenue and platform influence, and ultimately, promote the online shopping market´s healthy to flourish.
