Abstract :
In this paper the design result of equipment intended for investigation of physical processes in the upper atmosphere layers at its excitation by electromagnetic field is discussed. The equipment includes mobile source of electromagnetic signal and measuring system. The signal source consists of EMG based generator and antenna. Small dimensions and weight of the source make it possible to deliver it to the upper atmosphere layers using meteorological missile.
