After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Firstly, this paper analyses the problems existed in the labor market in China; that is: the dual division both in the urban and rural labor markets, the segemantation of the primary labor market and the secondary one and the improper establishment of employment service in the labor market. Secondly, the adverse effects followed by the problems are analysed. Finally, after a comprehensive research of the problems existed in the labor market in China and their influence on employment, proper and reasonable measures are proposed based on the existed circumstances in China.
