Abstract :
In order to instruct the design of composite foundation for foundation engineering practice in probabilistic limit on the basis of utmost design principle, provide the theory basis and the technical reserves. This paper presents a simplified relationship between the reliability indices for the serviceability limit state βs and ultimate limit state βu of CFG Pile Composite foundation. Under certain conditions, βs is a linear function of the βu. The ultimate limit state βu is specified already in reliability-based design Codes around the world.
