Abstract :
In this paper, the dependence of discharge characteristics of the inductively coupled electrodeless discharge on the turns of the excitation coil, n, is investigated. The calculation of discharge characteristics of the system by equivalent circuit has good agreement with the experimental results. And the luminance efficacy of the lamp is also discussed.
