After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The paper applies to the study of the case teaching on management information system based on the innovation capacity-building. Firstly, the value analysis on management information system case teaching. Secondly, the four factors of constraining management information system case teaching to improve. Lastly, three proposals towards to the management information system case teaching based on the innovation ability.
