Abstract
Power consumption now becomes the most important challenges when design distributed wireless sensor networks (WSN). There are several limits in the process of designing a WSN, in which the lifetime of a network should be taken into consideration. The lifetime could depend on the battery device and the protocols as well. In this paper we introduce a new protocol which can do better in power management and can improve the power efficiency. First we would discuss some advantages of ZigBee, Wibree, and some other WSN communication protocols. Based on the previous work, a new mixed protocol is proposed which can use the remaining power of the nodes. Moreover, this paper brings a self-design sensor network hardware with low power and low cost.
