Abstract
The decision of a problem with entry conditions for the equation of heat conductivity is received for four models of excitation of an electromagnetic field in a layer of the final thickness dielectric. The model of excitation adequate to the most uniform distribution of temperature in a layer was established by means of numerical calculations.
