Abstract :
A photonic-assisted approach to microwave frequency and power measurement in real time is proposed. The microwave spectrum is continuously obtained from the Fourier transform of an interferogram built from the integrated microwave power measured at the output of a set of photonic microwave notch filters. Preliminary experimental results show the feasibility of the technique.
