Traditional functional organization can´t meet the requirement of organizational survival and development, enterprise should redesign organizational pattern oriented by customer according to process. This paper combined the thinking of BPR and organizational change, proposed a organizational change pattern based on BPR, and described the characteristics of this pattern.
