Abstract
Features of radar signals reflection by surge sea surface in decameter range of wavelengths are investigated. As a probe signal is used complex signal, matched with a surface frequency coefficient of reflection. The form of radio echo is analyzed. Simulation of radar signals back-scattering from the marine surge surface is conducted. Differences in outcomes of simulation and analytical solutions are considered.
