Abstract :
During the pollution control of the Dianchi Lake basin, multiple departments have established some information systems with different format standards, which makes information sharing difficult. The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of different information exchange formats on the platform by adopting an SOA based information foundation framework of a geographic information system, make the related special information about the pollution control of the Dianchi Lake basin established and shared on the platform of the pollution control information system of the Dianchi Lake basin (namely realize information sharing regarding data acquisition, processing and analysis, decision-making, public service and so on) and updated timely and finally improve the efficiency of the pollution control of the Dianchi Lake basin.
