Abstract
As one of the main bodies of research and development, Swedish universities, who rank top worldwide in getting public funding, should highlight their responsibility in transferring knowledge into productivity in the construction of national innovation system within the new organizational field ``knowledge-based economy´´. Based on the framework of Triple Helix Model, the paper describes and evaluates the dynamic mechanism of knowledge transfer from academia to industry. Conclusion draws here is : the model of knowledge transfer in Sweden is mainly state-pulled, corporate-pushed and university-coordinated.
