Abstract
People motivation is a factor that impacts directly on their productivity at work. However, while many areas use the management of motivational factors as leverage for the success of projects, little has been done about this within the software engineering area. This research describes a survey evolving 176 software engineers in Recife-PE, with the aim of, through an experimental method combined with a statistical analysis, design a set of motivational programs for different types of software engineers teams.
