Abstract

In this paper, we discuss the characteristics of the anti-electrostatic floor, the characteristics of the anti-electrostatic environment system and problems of standards for the anti-electrostatic floor. We believe that the present standards for anti-electrostatic floors are too simple in that they fail to consider the actual properties of the floor sample, such as the nonlinear R-V relation, the resistance change as time passes, and the coherence between the test results and the test methods. Some revised proposals are presented.
