Abstract :
The idea of “Negative Planning” is just brought forward for the shortage of current developmental position of city and traditional urban planning for our country. It claims that it should be first to plan the ecology infrastructure of the region and establish a secure Patten for landscape, then distributing all kinds of urban land for construction base on it. This article attempts to “Negative Planning” concept applied to the planning of rural tourism, to do an useful exploration.
