Abstract :
The research of the impact of safety regulation on the operation of enterprise is difficult, because the acquirement of data is different and research cycles are too long. To solve these issues, the paper imports the idea of multi-agent model to build a virtual platform using computer technology, and then research these issues with this platform. This paper proposes a multi-agent model which contains coal mining enterprises, workers, bank and safety regulation department, and then itpsilas simulated by repast. By the model and simulation result, the impact of safety regulation on enterprisepsilas life, and the correlation between industrypsilas average safety awareness and its average profit in different regulation force, are analyzed. The paper also compares safety awareness between enterprises out of the industry and ones in the industry, and the simulation result shows that safety regulation is important to the devolvement of the coal mining industry.
