  • Abstract
Summary form only given. New manufactiring of the field-emission cathodes based on formation hexahonal basic dielectric tubes of Al2O3 , allow to sharply reduce the grid-cathode capacity up to the values comprehensible to feeding on an grid-cathode gap of the microwave controlling voltage. Thus, there is technologically proved problem of creation whenever possible simple of microvacuum microwaves-generators. One of the most simple and technological for microvacuum performance from known vacuum microwaves-generators is the generator on the basis of the diode in which negative conductivity is achieved due to an appropriate choice of time of flight electrons across vacuum gap. In the report the design and seven possible circuits of realization of a monothrone with one and to two intergrid gap are considered. Mathematical models are developed on the basis of large particles which individual current is defined under Fowler-Nardheim law. With use of computer optimization perspective variants for microvacuum realization of such circuits of devices are found and analysed. It is shown, that introduction of modulation signal in a gap the cathode-grid due to a feedback allows to realize generation with electronic efficiency of 40% at a voltage 40-50 B and the beam current 150 mA. Results of the report are in part described in the monography.
