The Discussion for CI-CM Model Application in the Culture Creative Industry of Binhai New District, Tianjin

With beginning of analysis in the relation and difference between Creative Industry and Culture Creative from the tow point of views of Creative Industry birth history and its inbeing, this paper gives the feasibility of Culture Creative Industry. And, this paper studies circumstances around Culture Industry in the Binhai New District so as to give birth to CI-CM model, which based on ´fast path´ model for the development of the Binhai New District Culture Creative Industry. At the end of this paper, we analysis the conditions and superiority for application CI-CM model in development of the Binhai New District Culture Creative Industry from the point of the market, cost, investment, protection for the knowledge property right etc of views. So we get the conclusion: the Binhai New District should develop its Culture Creative Industry using the CI-CM model to advance and light the Tianjin´s culture status.
