  • Abstract
By monitoring of ground behavior and stress of supports during construction of Qiaozhuang tunnel under difficult ground condition, the convergence of supports, the stresses of I-steel supporting, sprayed coatings and secondary lining were obtained. The model is set, and finite element numerical calculating is made. The results of the survey and the computing are compared and analyzed. These results show that not only the in-situ dynamic measurements but also the analysis of FEM be important for successful construction of the tunnel under difficult ground condition. It also accumulates valuable referential data for the projects of the same kind.
