Abstract :
This paper proposes a comprehensive kinematical analysis of the combined gear connecting-rod speed change sheet-fed mechanism. A new optimal design model based on kinematical analysis has been presented. According to a high speed offset press, an application example with specific known conditions, are checked on the new presented optimal model. It is shown that more excellent design result of the speed change sheet-fed mechanism can be gained after the optimized calculation.
