Abstract :
As a effective pretreatment of excess sludge treatment, thermochemical hydrolysis method was not only good at cells disintegration, but also enhancing the treatment results of subsequent process. This experiment improving the traditional thermochemical method by separated the thermal process and the alkaline process. Examined SCOD value, SOCD remove rate of sludge and biogas production of anaerobic digestion to investigate the effects of the experiment. Comparing differences among Alkaline-Thermal pretreatment, Thermal-Alkaline pretreatment and Synchronous pretreatment. The experiment results showed that Synchronous pretreatment has the best cell dissolved effect, the Alkaline-Thermal pretreatment has the best anaerobic digestion effect.
